The decision to postpone the AMID Motorcycle and Quad Lifestyle Expo in 2009 was purely an economic one. However AMID members strongly believe that they need to maintain a presence amongst their public, both dedicated motorcyclists and potential newcomers. Therefore there will be an AMID Expo in 2010.

AMID 2010 will take place at the Zwartkops Raceway on the weekend of Friday 30 April to Sunday 2 May 2010. The move allows biking enthusiasts to demo the latest models around the track and in addition to this, demos will also be available for quads. The Raceway is a very friendly venue and the aim is for AMID to go back to basics and fully utilise all the facilities on offer. The kart track will provide a venue for some demo racing of karts, motards, mini motos, etc and the 4x4 track will provide a venue for demos of quads, side-by-sides and off road motorcycles.

For exhibitors there is more choice on offer in the form of stand size and locations at the venue allowing exhibitors the freedom to customise their stands according to their needs. The Expo will be a festive family affair so there will be activities for the kids in the form of jumping castles, scooter and quad rides, jungle gyms, etc. It’s AMID. It’s back. It’s play time!
